Daepac's Industries in-house tooling, with up to 200 tons capacity, enables them to produce metal formings in thicknesses from 0.1mm to 3.5mm.

What are Daepac's deep draw capabilities? |

Daepac Industries provides "complete to drawing" production of complex deep draws. Utilizing a CadCam drawing system, Daepac's converts flat metal blanks into complex cylindrical, rectangular and square.
With our power press facilities, we enables to produce draws up to 90mm deep and 180mm diameter, with material thickness od 0.25mm and 3.0mm. Draw materials include copper, brass, beryllium copper, nickel silver, aluminium, stainless steel, low and high carbon steel sheet, low alloy steel and numerous other metals. |

What are Daepac's minimum quantity requirements? |

High Volume Orders from Daepac's Orders require a minimum production run of 100 pieces, though deliveries of lesser quantities can be arranged. Per-unit costs rapidly decrease as the quantity increases. |
