Multislide

The design and manufacture of the Multislide Machine is a new way of stamping compare with the traditional Progressive Die Stamping. We have the ability to design and manufacture multislide tooling to accommodate small stamped components. The advantage of multislide machine over traditional stamping machine is because of its high run rate of manufacturing closed tolerance parts. Due to this flexibility it reduces the cost of the finished part because it requires less machines, setups, and handling.

Slide forming is a highly sophisticated metal stamping process. Slide forming machines are specialized, integrated stamping and forming machines built from the ground up to do complex stampings well. Slide forming is especially well suited to parts that require:
  • Precise shape and size
  • Multiple bends & tabs, especially when the tabs go in different directions
  • Bends greater than 90°
  • Tapped or threaded holes
  • Precise control of blur location and direction
  • Control of bend orientation relative to material grain
Slide forming is an amazingly flexible manufacturing process. But to do it well, you need a trained and experienced staff of setup operators, toolmakers and designers. Our staff are trained for slide forming and very experienced in it.
